Event Description
Dear Passion Africa members - On Saturday February 6, 6:30-9:30 pm there will be an event held at Everyday Joe's in Fort Collins. It will be similar to the event we held in 2008. It is a Think Humanity fundraiser ( sponsored by PA) but those on the PA brochure are also welcome to sell their items. Todd is organizing the entertainment. TH will get donors to donate food and we already have around $700 in silent auction items. You will love some of the items to bid on. For example we have two of the silver Africa necklaces (Junk Posse) each worth $75. It will be a family friendly event and we hope that you all take part. We are thinking to ask for a suggested $5 donation at the door - you are getting food and entertainment! It's a fun and inexpensive night out! The $5 you donate at the door will go towards the purchase of mosquito nets for refugees in refugee camps in East Africa. We are working on the name for the event. More info will be posted soon.
