- My husband and I have become immersed in reading and educating ourselves about the orphan crisis in Africa. We are in the slow process of adopting from Africa but really have to pay off some debt first. We are completely passionate about helping, can't stop thinking about the children that need help, but are also completely overwhelmed with how and where to help.

So excited to hear that you want to adopt from Africa. Have you heard of Shoehanna's Hope, Steven Curtis Chapman. An adoption funder, Look them up on the web.
I worked at Hanna's Orphan Home last year when I went to Ethiopia. Please look up HOEMinistries.org they are doing some great work. Contact me anytime. My husband and I are going back to Ethiopia next summer.
